US Shipping

All US orders are delivered by the United States Postal Service (USPS) once they arrive in the US.

Please track your parcel via USPS, as Australia Post tracking may stop updating.

If your parcel is marked delivered, delivery attempted, held at a post office, or awaiting collection, please contact USPS directly to arrange next steps. 

Australia:

Standard shipping:

• $12 AUD flat rate shipping for all Australian orders.
• Please allow 2-4 business days for delivery.
• All orders will receive a tracking number. 
• No PO Boxes.
• Signature required on delivery.

International:

• $15 USD Flat rate to USA and Mexico via Australia Post international Express
• $35 USD Flat rate to Asia, Europe and UAE via DHL Express
• $15 AU flat rate to NZ via Aus post or DHL express calculated at check out
• Please allow 1- 10 business days for delivery (dependant on your delivery destination).
• As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties and customs, this will be sent to you after purchase. Please note this differs from each country code.
• Please be sure to include your phone number.

 

Just to note.

• We are not liable for lost, stolen or damaged products.
• We will not be held liable for any fees or taxes related to customs and duties. It is at the customer’s discretion to be familiar with these fees.
• Any international orders unclaimed will be sent back to us and the customer will be expected to pay for re-delivery.
• We cannot leave parcels unattended. If no one is available to claim the package, it will be delivered to your local Post Office for pick-up.
• We cannot re-direct orders once dispatched, so please triple check the address provided before confirming your order.
