  • USA orders are shipped via Australia Post International Express.

  • All other countries are shipped via DHL Express.

  • $15 USD flat rate to USA.

  • $25 USD flat rate to Canada + Mexico.

  • $35 USD flat rate to Asia + Europe + UAE + UK.

  • We only ship to the below countries

  • NORTH AMERICA: Canada, Mexico, United States

  • ASIA: Singapore, Japan, Malaysia, Phillipines, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand

  • EUROPE: United Kingdom, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Guernsey, Vatican City, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine.

  • UAE: United Arab Emirates

  • Please allow 3-6 business days for delivery (dependant on your delivery destination).

  • We offer On Demand Delivery with DHL express. You will receive an email/text message once your parcel arrives in your country and can opt to have the signature released, or sent to your local post office.

  • All International orders are shipped duties and taxes paid. This is calculated and paid by the customer at checkout when placing your order.

  • You are required by DHL to submit your social security number if applicable.

  • We will not be held liable for any fees or taxes related to customs and duties. It is at the customer’s discretion to be familiar with these fees.

  • We are not liable for lost, stolen or damaged products.

  • Any international orders that are unclaimed will be sent back to our warehouse and a flat rate of $40USD will be taken from your refund to cover admin and return shipping fees.

  • Once an order is placed we strictly cannot make last minute changes. If you need to change your size and/or address, your order will be cancelled and you can repurchase again online.

  • We cannot leave parcels unattended. If no one is available to sign on delivery, DHL will rearrange delivery or you can contact your local DHL directly.

  • We strictly do not re-direct orders once dispatched, so please triple check the address provided before confirming your order.
