APPLICABLE TO ALL RETURNS



CONDITION - All returns must be in their original condition, with tags attached including a hygiene seal. We will not accept tampered or worn returns. If the item does not meet expectations, we will email to notify. 

 

SALE OR PROMOTIONAL ITEMS – All sale items are final sale. These cannot be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit. 

 

FAULTY ITEMS – Items that are deemed faulty will receive a full refund.

 

TIME FRAME - All returns must be returned within 30 days of purchasing. 

 

PROCESSING RETURNS ONCE RECEIVED - As we work with a 3PL for our returns, please allow 4-7 business days for your return to be processed. We process all returns on a Wednesday, and if your return is received after this day, it will then be processed the following Wednesday.

TIME FRAME - All online returns must be lodged within 7 days post receiving your goods. 



FULL PRICED ITEMS - Eligible for a refund or online store credit valued at 110%. 

 

10% OFF WELCOME CODE – Full priced items purchased using the 10% welcome code are eligible for a refund or an online store credit valued at 110%. Any items purchased on sale over the value of 10% or using a promotional sale code are considered FINAL SALE, and not able to be returned.

 

SALE OR PROMOTIONAL ITEMS – All sale items are final sale. These cannot be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit. 



RETURNS RECEIVED IN UNSELLABLE CONDITION - All items must be in their original condition with hygiene stickers attached. If deemed 'unsellable' we will issue a credit note, minus a $50 admin fee. 

 

SHIPPING - All customers are liable for their return shipping costs.
